A decadent chocolate imperial stout aged in Jack Daniel’s barrel for a year.
We teamed up with Audere Chocolatier lab from Piedmont (Italy) to source three types of chocolates, including single origin Ecuador dark chocolate bars with raw sugar, single origin Venezuelan cocoa nibs and dark chocolate powder. Seven dark malts in the griest, cocoa powder and chocolate bars in the boil with rich layers of chocolate nibs in secondary fermentation.
