It is the combination of two skilled breweries : En Stoemelings and Cantillon.

A bottle in the colors of the Union Saint-Gilloise, soccer club created in 1897. A blend of a saison style beer with three cereals (barley, wheat and oats) including a good amount of raw grains (not malted) and a young lambic from Cantillon. The result is dry, sour, with cereal and a fresh bitterness. A perfect beer to celebrate Union victories.
