Brown Tripel

This is our first dark beer, also refermented in the bottle. We aim for 8.5% ABV and this makes it a solid beer for the cold winter months. With coffee and caramel malt we give the typical dark color. We use English Hop Kent and an Ale yeast which makes the beer really unique. A brown triple beer, refermented in the bottle.
