Those lovely folks from Radical Way Brewery had made the special trip over to the UK from Cyprus to come to the Derby Beer Con this year and we thought why don't we get these people with the awesome music taste down to the brewery on the Monday after just to hang out. Well, they provided the incredible Cypriot sausages and halloumi (a great way to cure a hangover a whole weekend in the making!) and we had a barbecue. Somewhere along the way we made a DIPA dry hopped with El Dorado, Simcoe and Idaho 7 and it's pretty awesome, even if we do say ourselves!
