Rural Method Medium Sweet Fine Cider

A rich, complex, lightly sparkling full flavoured cider made with the rural method, using late harvested cider apples: Ashton Brown Jersey, Dabinett & Vilberie, & a selection of rich, fruity dessert apples.

Aromas of tropical fruit & ripe apple, wood, leather, & orchard floor are kept in balance with good tannic structure & gentle acidity. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. Alc. 5.5%.
