A classic blended table cider built around three soft, gentle varieties: Dove, Yarlington & Browns, combined with more complex cask aged cider after maturation.

The result is a well balanced, easy drinking cider that is great with food! With well integrated acid, soft, ripe tannins & a full body. Classic bittersweet aromas of red apple, fresh tropical fruit, some fennel, peach, & strawberry. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. Alc. 6.1%.
