A very West Country style of cider, Babouche is a blend of Dabinett (used for its soft tannins & easy going nature) reinforced with a little Chisel Jersey for more backbone, & then paired with the lovely light, fruity acid of Browns to give a refreshing, well balanced dry cider with natural bubbles. Made with the ancestral method, & disgorged by hand.
Light fruit & orange flesh, spice, smoke, leather on the nose. Orange flesh & leathery tannins in the mouth, bright acid. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. Alc. 6.4%.
